Deconstruct Collection
O Gringo is presenting a new collection that blends the geometric construction of the face with the vibrant delicacy of traditional azulejo patterns. Each piece begins with fragments of cardboard, paper, and wood, assembled into an almost architectural structure. The painted tiles recall Portuguese heritage, while the deconstructed face hints at a layered identity, a dialogue between modernity and tradition. Finally, each piece is sealed with a resin finish that adds shine, depth, and a sculptural presence. It's a collection that seems to balance between past and present, precision and emotion.

Afro Fado Collection
O Gringo's new "Afro Fado Collection" is the result of journeys to Congo by the artist, from real encounters and memories carefully kept. The artist explains that he draws inspiration from the music he listens to, the people he meets, and the stories he discovers along the way. This time, it was Pointe-Noire that sparked his creativity.

Masks
O Gringo draws inspiration from tiles, this time from the 18th-century Baroque period. He uses carantonhasmotifs — masks often seen in architecture — recreating them with a three-dimensional effect. He then combines the tile pattern with gilded carving, evoking the classic gold over blue contrast. Using modern materials, he transforms this Baroque heritage into a contemporary interpretation.
